Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
